Privacy Policy

Zeroness is an email client. This policy explains what data it touches, where that data lives, and what we never do with it.

What Zeroness accesses

With your permission, Zeroness connects to your Google account with OAuth and requests these scopes: read, modify and send Gmail messages (gmail.modify), basic Gmail settings such as filters (gmail.settings.basic), and your basic profile (email address and name). Zeroness uses this access only to show, organize, draft and send your email inside the app.

Where your mail is stored

The iPhone app keeps your mail in a local database on your device. The web app keeps a cache of your mail in Zeroness's database so it can load instantly and sync in the background. Removing an account deletes its cached mail and tokens. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Images and tracking

Remote images in your mail load through Zeroness, so senders don't see your IP address. Known tracking pixels are removed before a message is shown.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Zeroness's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features of Zeroness. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

AI providers

Assistant features send the relevant thread text to a model provider under terms that prohibit training on your data. You can turn auto drafts off in Settings; Zeroness is a complete email client without them.

What we collect about you

Your account email, subscription status and crash reports. No analytics inside your inbox, and no tracking pixels in mail you send.

Deleting your data

Email sai@appliedcrew.com to delete your Zeroness account and everything we hold. We complete requests within 7 days.
